We are Nathalie and Jonas Blumenauer - the team behind Blumenauer Home Solutions LLC. We buy, renovate and sell homes in the Columbia, South Carolina area, combining thoughtful design with practical renovation experience.

Nathalie studied architecture in Germany and brings years of experience working in an architectural firm with a background in planning, design and project coordination. Jonas brings 20 years of hands-on experience in technical and skilled trades. Together, we have purchased, renovated and sold properties in Germany.

We approach each home with care for it´s potential and a clear vision for how it can work better for its next owner. From the first design ideas through the renovation process, we work to create welcoming, functional spaces built for everyday life.
